I am trying to figure out the easiest and lowest latency way to take the dry DI track that I can send from the Axe Fx unit to my PC, through its USB connection to my PC with the Axe being the audio interface for my PC (people usually do this to record the DI from the guitar for reamping later), and have that link into Rocksmith. I have since acquired an Axe Fx III and I am trying to figure out how to use this unit with my PC without having to use the official Rocksmith USB cable (I already have the cable but want to give it to my brother if I don't need it anymore). I am looking into using this now that I am dusting off my old Rocksmith license on Steam after a 4 year break. Run "NoCableLauncher" to play Rocksmith 2014 using your own audio interface! Unpack the file "NoCableLauncher" to any folder. It’s now time to share it with all of you, so you can find it here!īefore you ask, this is exclusively for Steam! My onboard soundcard allows me to play without any notice'able latency so I'll not be acquiring a hardware dongle or an extra audio card, the reason why I decided to improve the software is because I wanted to be able to chat on discord at the same time I'm playing without buying the dongle. I have however been having some issues with the old NoCableLauncher so I’ve been working the last few days to improve the work Maxx53 has done and finally got it to a release state. New here! I recently acquired Rocksmith, awesome game, can’t get my hands of it (literally), especially with CustomsForge.
